All travelers must have a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel.

Clients are responsible for obtaining required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and permits (company may assist if requested).

Any denial of visa or immigration clearance is the sole responsibility of the traveler; no refunds will be processed in such cases.

Currency exchange, international roaming, and other personal expenses are not included in packages unless specified.
